Griva’s Kitchen, a fast-growing South Asian snack company based in Sydney, is hiring 2 Virtual Assistants from the Philippines for long-term, stable work. We’re expanding our online and wholesale operations, and we need motivated, detail-oriented support.

???? 1. Operations & Invoicing VA – AUD $3/hour
Tasks:

Track and update invoices in Google Sheets

Send payment reminders via WhatsApp or email

Manage daily orders from our WordPress store

Update delivery and stock records

Send daily summary reports

Ideal for:

Junior or entry-level VAs who are accurate, organized, and want long-term work

No advanced experience required—we’ll train you

???? 2. Lead Generation & Customer Outreach VA – AUD $5/hour
Tasks:

Research businesses (offices, stores, events)

Build contact lists (names, emails, phone numbers)

Send introduction messages to prospects

Follow up via email or WhatsApp

Use VOIP tools (Skype, WhatsApp) to contact leads if needed

Ideal for:

VAs with strong English writing and some experience in outreach or B2B

Comfortable talking to new people and following scripts
