HIRING: Department Operations Manager

We're Spark Ignite - the go-to marketing agency for martial arts businesses. And we need an operational genius to level up our Content Creation & Social Media departments.

One week you're orchestrating a course launch about student retention...

The next it's a marketing playbook for summer camp promotions...

Then maybe a full blueprint for belt testing systems.

Nothing is cookie-cutter. And that's where YOU come in.

We need someone who's basically a Swiss Army Knife of project management:
• Spotting holes in launch plans before they become problems
• Thinking three steps ahead of everyone else
• Coming up with ideas the team hasn't considered
• Making sure nothing (and we mean NOTHING) falls through the cracks

You'll be running:

=> CONTENT CREATION DEPARTMENT
Our engine room. We produce:
• Training courses
• Marketing playbooks
• Launch campaigns
• Email/SMS sequences
• Custom artwork/videos
• Business toolkits
• Live webinars

Each project needs different resources, different timelines, different approaches. You'll need to adapt constantly.

Where we take all that fire content and blast it across:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Google Business Profile

Your responsibilities? Making sure both departments crush it:

For Content Creation:
• Master complex launch orchestration
• Anticipate potential roadblocks
• Create foolproof QA systems
• Track metrics that actually matter
• Keep creative teams in sync
• Spot improvement opportunities
• Think of what everyone else missed

For Social Media:
• Lead department operations
• Handle VIP accounts
• Set up automations
• Report on KPIs
• Build better systems

Requirements:
• US hours (1pm-10pm EST)
• Project management experience
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Leadership skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to think 10 steps ahead
