Video Editor (Short-Form Content – Reels/Shorts/TikToks)

A.Rose Media is a fast-growing marketing agency helping entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and brands amplify their message and grow their business through powerful digital strategies. We’re looking for a creative and reliable freelance video editor to join our team and help bring our clients’ stories to life through engaging short-form video content.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit short-form vertical video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for a variety of clients in different industries
• Transform raw footage into highly engaging, on-brand content with creative cuts, captions, transitions, b-roll, music, and effects
• Repurpose long-form content (like podcast or speaking clips) into scroll-stopping short-form videos
• Stay on top of short-form video trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Turn around projects on tight deadlines (typically 2–4 day turnaround per batch)

You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have a strong portfolio of short-form video edits (please include links!)
• Understand social-first editing styles and trends
• Are proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Are comfortable working with Google Drive, Asana, and Slack
• Are organized, self-motivated, and responsive with great attention to detail
• Can adapt your editing style to match various brand voices and aesthetics

Bonus if you:
• Have experience editing content for thought leaders, coaches, or speakers
• Know how to format engaging text captions and hook intros
• Have availability for ongoing weekly editing work
