Location: Remote (Must have portfolio showcasing animated thumbnails)

???? The Role:
We’re looking for a creative thumbnail wizard who specializes in designing eye-catching, animated thumbnails for Roblox content (gaming videos, challenges, roleplays, etc.). Your thumbnails will be the #1 reason kids click our videos—so they need to POP with color, excitement, and that "I NEED to watch this!" factor.

???? What You’ll Do:
Design high-converting, animated thumbnails for Roblox YouTube videos (using Photoshop + After Effects/Canva/Spark Animations)

Create kid-friendly, bold, and exaggerated designs (think: bright colors, 3D text, expressive Roblox avatars, fire/explosion effects, etc.)

Study top-performing Roblox thumbnails and adapt trends to our channel’s style

Work with scripts/titles to visually hype up the video’s content (e.g., "MOST EPIC BROOKHAVEN RP EVER!")

Deliver 3-5 thumbnails per day (fast turnaround is a must)

? Must-Have Skills:
? Roblox Thumbnail Experience – You’ve made thumbnails for gaming channels (show examples!)
? Animation Skills – Can add simple motion effects (spinning text, glowing edges, bouncing characters)
? Kid-Appeal Mastery – Understands what makes 7-12 year olds click (bright colors, drama, surprises)
? Speed + Consistency – Can match our channel’s style while delivering quick turnarounds
? Tools: Proficient in Photoshop + animation tools (After Effects, Canva, Spark, or similar)

???? Bonus Points For:
Experience editing Roblox gameplay footage (not required, but helpful)

Understanding of YouTube CTR analytics
