JOB OVERVIEW

We run a growing performance marketing consultancy helping brands scale ads (Meta, Google). Looking for a technical media ops hire — not a VA, not a button pusher. You’ll own the backend of our ad systems.

What You’ll Handle:

Meta + Google Ads setup (Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4)
UTM setup, events, conversion tracking
Campaign structure, creative testing, reporting (Sheets / Looker)
Clean naming conventions, logging changes, building SOPs

Must-Haves:

Experience with Meta + Google Ads data tracking setups
GTM + server-side tracking (CAPI, GA4, custom events)
Reliable, sharp attention to detail, communicates clearly

Bonus:
Tools: Revealbot, Triple Whale, Hyros, Madgicx
Can troubleshoot scripts or data issues
