Web Developer

We’re on the hunt for an experienced full-stack web developer (3–5 years) who knows their way around Elementor, Webflow, and WordPress.

The job?

Updating and improving our current websites — think flooring companies, dentists, accountants, removalists, etc. (e.g. adding new tea ---------- mbers, changing banners, creating new pages in Elementor)

Keeping everything running smoothly by updating WordPress plugins

Helping build brand new, SEO-ready websites from Figma to development

Jumping in on new builds when needed

We’re starting with 20 hours a week, with room to grow. We’re looking for someone fast, reliable, strong in design, WordPress, and SEO — and who genuinely cares about the work they do.

Right now, our team is made up of three based in Australia and one offshore. We’re big on values — especially family. We treat our clients and staff like they’re our own, and we back each other 100%. If you’re honest, dedicated, and want to be part of something that’s growing fast — we’ll look after you.

We’re aiming to become Australia’s leading digital agency, but we’re not chasing size for the sake of it. We want to grow sustainably — bringing on the right clients and the right team — without ever lowering our standards. It’s about building something real, with great people, doing great work.

We’re currently working with 9 awesome clients, with a goal to grow to 40 by the end of the year — so there’s big opportunity here for the right person.

A stable internet connection

Availability for weekly tea ---------- etings
