Shopify Assistant

Responsibilities Include:

Managing orders, inventory, and product listings within Shopify

Sending and organizing email communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, newsletters)

Supporting financial reporting: pulling sales reports, reconciling Shopify transactions, assisting with basic bookkeeping

Coordinating and tracking social media performance across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Engaging with the Shopify dashboard, customer questions, and third-party apps or integrations

Assisting with marketing campaigns and influencer outreach


You Are:

Familiar with the Shopify platform (comfortable with back-end processes and reports)

Skilled in basic accounting or bookkeeping tools (QuickBooks is a plus)

Comfortable using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creator Tools

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

A proactive communicator who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork


Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with Canva, or other Shopify plug-ins

Prior experience in e-commerce or product-based businesses
