Long Term PT VA - Looking for the perfect fit

I need ongoing support with various activities, to include:

ONGOING:
1) Blogs - valid keyword research, drafting & editing based on what I send, canva graphics
2) Social media scheduling/ uploading (I have the content and graphics)
3) Social media editing (YouTube text, end cards, IG, Facebook group etc to optimize)
4) Support with lead generation (I have an easy system)

Possibly responding to some social media (I will guide you) & further responsibilities over time.

ONE-TIME PROJECTS BEFORE NOV 30:
5) Migrating some course content from my App to new platform (can't download/upload - need to copy/paste) before Oct 15
6) Website edits - seo etc (I will guide you - I use AHREF) ideally before Nov 30

I am looking for someone who is capable of working on their own after I have given guidance (via loom & instructions on google doc) and someone who can think critically/ has proven experience in the areas outlined above. I'm looking for the right fit so we can work together long-term.

*If you specialize in AHREF and just want to take this on, we can just work on that too and I can hire someone else to do the rest.

Please note we will start slow together (3-8h/week) and by end of Sept will likely be at 20h+. Your salary will increase based on hours and performance.
