Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their auto refinance and extended warranty inquiries.
Provide accurate information about our services, process customer requests, and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support if needed.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Accurately document interactions in the company’s CRM system.
