Go High Level Expert VA

Hi! I'm Kyle, the owner of a U.S.-based digital marketing agency called Marketing Nerd. We're growing fast, and I'm looking for a Go High Level expert who can help me build, manage, and grow our white-labeled CRM and marketing automation system.

This is NOT an entry-level job. I need someone with real Go High-Level experience who can jump in and start setting up client accounts, funnels, workflows, and automation without a lot of training.

???? What You'll Be Doing:

Set up our Marketing Nerd CRM using Go High Level SaaS mode
Build out a master snapshot for local businesses (plumbers, law firms, home services)
Clone & customize snapshots for each new client
Create workflows for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, and follow-ups
Build funnels, forms, surveys, pipelines, calendars, etc.
Integrate domains, email, Twilio, Stripe, etc.
Help manage client sub-accounts as needed
Connect GHL with other tools using Zapier, webhooks, etc.
Work alongside me and my team to improve the system as we grow

???? Requirements:

Go High Level experience is a MUST
Solid understanding of automations, triggers, and SaaS features
Experience building funnels and using calendars in GHL
Knows how to troubleshoot GHL issues (delivery problems, triggers not working, etc.)
Strong English communication (written is most important)
Bonus if you know Zapier, WordPress, Canva, or Facebook Ads

? Hours:

Part-time to start (20 hours/week)
May become full-time quickly if you're a good fit

???? Pay:

Starting at $4–$6/hour depending on experience
Pay increases as we grow
