Project Manager for Digital Marketing Company

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to work directly with the company directors to execute a comprehensive and exciting project. The ideal candidate has at least three years of project management experience and is skilled at coordinating and overseeing a team of content creators, social media marketers, and funnel builders to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate and oversee a team of content creators, social media marketers, and funnel builders.

Ensure all work aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and brand guidelines.

Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and company directors to keep everyone aligned.

Implement and refine workflow processes for efficiency and productivity.

Maintain quality control, ensuring all content and marketing materials meet high standards.

Provide regular reports and updates on project progress.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing, content creation, or related fields.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and remote workers.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.

Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
