Marketing Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Virtual Assistant to help grow our digital courses and online presence. This role follows a fixed schedule during U.S. daytime hours, and you’ll be expected to attend meetings during this time. Your tasks will include funnel building, SEO, PPC ads, and content distribution—all in support of a brand that serves entrepreneurial business owners and professionals.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Build and optimize landing pages using WordPress and LearnDash to promote digital courses
2. Plan and set up simple sales funnels including opt-ins, lead magnets, and follow-up email sequences
3. Run and manage PPC campaigns (Google/Facebook ads) and apply SEO best practices
4. Grow and manage an email list using MailChimp for targeted outreach
5. Schedule and distribute podcast/video content using Buffer and Buzzsprout
6. Create basic visuals and social graphics using Canva (no advanced design work required)
7. Follow existing SOPs and collaborate with our video editor for content rollout

Tools You’ll Use:
• WordPress – for landing pages
• LearnDash – for course delivery
• MailChimp – for email marketing
• Buffer & Buzzsprout – for content scheduling
• Canva – for simple graphic design
• GoHighLevel – may be introduced in the future for CRM and automations

Requirements:
• 2+ years of digital marketing or VA experience
• Strong English, communication, and attention to detail
• Organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed
• Comfortable working with a values-driven, business-focused brand
• Looking for long-term work and growth
