*Job Responsibilities:

- Implement & Manage Dubsado Workflows – Set up and refine automated processes within Dubsado to improve efficiency.
- Optimize Notion for Client Workflows – Integrate and structure Notion to ensure seamless project and client management.
- Set Up & Manage Apollo CRM – Organize lead tracking, automate outreach, and optimize CRM performance.
- Utilize Zapier for Seamless Integrations – Connect Dubsado, Notion, and Apollo CRM with other platforms to streamline workflows.
- Automate & Improve Business Processes – Identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.
- Work Across Platforms – Ensure smooth integration and functionality across Dubsado, Notion, Apollo CRM, Zapier, Slack, and Google Drive.

- Dubsado, Notion & Apollo CRM Expert – You should be confident in setting up, managing, and optimizing these tools.
- Automation & Integration Focused – You don’t just use tools—you improve how they work together.

- Experience with Zapier – You understand how to connect and automate workflows between different platforms.
