Dispute Resolution Analyst

About the Role:

As a Dispute Resolution Analyst, Your main job is to review customer disputes, gather the necessary evidence, and upload it to support case resolutions. You'll carefully analyze each issue, ensure fair outcomes, and follow company guidelines to handle disputes properly. Additionally, you'll assist leadership with various tasks that help improve internal processes, making dispute handling more efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
-Review all incoming disputes.
-Keep track of disputes and create weekly and monthly reports to spot trends.
-Gather and submit the right evidence to support each case.
-Find the best ways to solve disputes quickly and make sure they get resolved on time.

-Contact customers to help speed up the resolution process.
-Work with the customer service team to ensure a consistent approach to handling disputes.

Requirements:
-Experience handling payment disputes, chargebacks, and fraud prevention (like PayPal and Stripe).
-Strong problem-solving skills to understand and fix complicated issues.
-Good communication and negotiation skills to work with customers and others.
-Knowledge of different ways to resolve disputes effectively.
-Great attention to detail to keep accurate records.
-Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets to analyze data and create reports.

Schedule & Compensation
This position will start off as a part time role paid at $5 per hour according to the candidate’s experience and skills. This position will become a full time position within 2 weeks of hire if expectations are met and/or exceeded.
