JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and optimize our Etsy Print-on-Demand (POD) stores. The ideal candidate should have experience in Etsy SEO, bestseller research, competitor analysis, customer support, and Printify/Printful order fulfillment. This is a full-time position (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday), requiring excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to improving store performance.


Responsibilities:
• Daily listing uploads – Creating and optimizing new listings, selecting the best mockups, and writing compelling descriptions.
• Monitor the performance of both new and existing listings, identifying areas for improvement.
• Etsy SEO optimization – Researching and applying high-ranking keywords and tags to maximize visibility.
• Bestseller & competitor research – Identifying high-performing trends and recommending new product ideas.
• Customer support – Responding to inquiries professionally and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Order processing – Placing and managing orders through Printify and Printful after a customer purchases.
• Proactive strategy development – Suggesting ways to optimize store performance based on data insights.
• Daily communication with the team (via Slack and Notion).


Requirements:
• Experience with Etsy SEO and tools such as Erank, EverBee, or others.
• Experience with Vela for bulk listing management and optimization.
• Experience with Printify and Printful, including processing orders and troubleshooting fulfillment issues.
• Experience with bestseller research and competitor analysis.
• Availability for full-time work (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday).
• Stable internet connection and a reliable computer.


Work Schedule & Payment
• Full-time position – 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Salary to be discussed based on experience.

• A customer complains that their order is delayed. How would you respond?
• If you notice an error in a listing (wrong price, image quality issue), what would you do?

Work Efficiency & Communication
• How do you organize your daily tasks to ensure everything is completed on time?
• Have you worked with Slack, Notion, or any task management tools before?
• Have you worked as part of a team where coordination with other members was required (e.g., a designer or marketing specialist)?
• Are you currently working with another Etsy store? If yes, how many hours per day are you available for this role?
