Virtual Assistant – Canva Designer for Beauty Brand

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Compensation: $300 USD per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Canva design to support our beauty brand. Our business offers digital products to Beautypreneurs, and we need someone to create promotional materials, banners, eBook designs, mockups, and templates.

If you have a passion for beautiful, aesthetic designs and enjoy working with digital products, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation
• Create promotional materials for digital products .
• Design and format eBooks using Canva based on the content provided.
• Develop realistic and visually appealing mockups.
• Design branded templates for digital products and social media use.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and identity.
• Basic Revisions
• Make necessary edits and adjustments based on feedback.
• Maintain organized design files for easy access and collaboration.
• Occasional Tasks


What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience using Canva for graphic design.
• Strong sense of aesthetic design and understanding of brand consistency.
• Ability to create clean, professional, and engaging digital materials.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
