Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Gamify Expert to optimize and manage our CRM gamification processes, performance tracking, and engagement strategies. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing gamification features within Zoho CRM to boost team motivation, productivity, and sales performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of Zoho CRM, automation, performance analytics, and user engagement strategies. This position offers excellent growth opportunities within our company.

Hours: Flexible, with availability during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

Zoho Gamify Management:

Set up and customize Zoho Gamification features to enhance team motivation.
Implement scoring systems, leaderboards, badges, and achievement tracking within Zoho CRM.
Monitor and optimize gamification strategies to improve sales and team performance.
Integrate third-party tools and ensure seamless API connections for enhanced functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Develop and manage dashboards for real-time tracking of sales and engagement metrics.
Automate performance reporting and analytics to identify key trends and improvement areas.
A/B test gamification elements to maximize effectiveness and user engagement.
Provide data-driven insights to improve motivation and productivity across teams.

Marketing Automation & Lead Management:

Integrate gamification with Zoho CRM workflows to enhance lead nurturing.
Implement automation strategies for performance-based rewards and incentives.
Optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns with gamification elements to increase engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.

Client Communication & Coordination:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align gamification strategies with business goals.
Train and support tea ---------- mbers on Zoho Gamify functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to gamification implementation.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required).
Proven experience as a Zoho Gamify Expert or Zoho CRM Specialist.
Expertise in Zoho CRM Gamification, automation, and performance tracking.
Strong background in CRM management, sales motivation strategies, and user engagement.
Proficiency in performance analytics, leaderboard management, and sales optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
Experience with additional tools like Zapier, ClickFunnels, Google Analytics, and API integrations is a plus.
