IHG Rewards Club is the World's most Global Loyalty Hotel Program. It is a travel rewards program that allows members to earn points in a variety of ways, making it easy for them to enjoy exciting trips and brand name merchandise.
Customer Care Representatives for IHG Rewards Club will handle the following: incoming calls from members of the IHG Rewards Club Program regarding hotel reservations, inquiries, requests, updates, redemptions, complaints and suggestions while displaying excellent customer service; enrollment of new members to the IHG Rewards Club Program and manage and maintain IHG Rewards Club Accounts by ensuring member satisfaction.
Our Reservations Sales Specialists will answer inbound calls from IHG guests, assist guests with reservations and other hotel related inquiries, and provide elite customer service to our guests while promoting/selling our hotels.
Qualifications
Ideally, the role will need candidates with experience in customer service, call center, contact center, BPO, sales, and/or hotels but we are interested in you even if you don't.
Some of our best employees came to IHG with no work history at all. We are looking for great communicators who have the ability to quickly develop rapport with our guests. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to quickly navigate web pages.
Displays excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluent in English language
Must possess high level of customer service skills
Highly organized and systematic, and has keen eye for detail
Is proactive, exudes confidence in dealing with members, and capable of handling tasks under pressure
Highly organized and easily manages his/her workload in a fast-paced environment
Possesses excellent work ethics and values. Attendance is very important to the team
Goal-oriented and strives for continuous improvement
Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, holidays and weekends
Experience in customer support environment would be an advantage
