I’m looking for a Brand Designer VA to support me in executing high-quality, on-brand content for clients. If you’re skilled in content creation, social media management, and Canva design — this role is for you!

Your Role:
As a Canva Specialist & Social Media VA, you will:
? Create visually engaging social media content (static posts, carousels, Reels covers, etc.) using Canva
? Manage social media accounts (scheduling, engagement, and maintaining a cohesive brand presence)
? Repurpose content across different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
? Write compelling social media captions in line with brand voice and messaging
? Edit & optimise graphics to ensure they align with brand aesthetics and audience engagement strategies
? Stay updated on social media trends to implement best practices in content creation

You’re a Great Fit If You:
? Have strong Canva skills (design templates, branding kits, animations, etc.)
? Are highly detail-oriented and can work efficiently under deadlines
? Have experience with social media content creation & management
? Can write engaging, brand-aligned captions (no AI-generated fluff!)
? Understand Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends
? Are proactive, reliable, and independent but also open to feedback and collaboration

Availability & Pay
- Monday – Friday, 8AM – 3PM PH Time (non-negotiable)
- The role promises to offer a minimum of 10 hours per week (and will increase week on week)
- Rate: To be discussed based on experience
