Virtual Assistant PowerPoint + Excel Reports

Neurolens is a medical device company that makes glasses for people who get headaches and have symptoms of computer vision syndrome. We are a rapidly growing company, and as a result I am making many powerpoint presentations for my team of ~30 sales reps who are all over the US. I am also generating many reports in excel for our team.

The goal of these reports is to educate our sales team and customers (optometrists) on the status of their business. We like to follow up with our customers weekly, and currently I am looking to hire an assistant to help me take our data and create reports in powerpoint and excel. We would then share the reports with the sales team to present to our customers. You would primarily be working with me personally to communicate with and look for guidance on projects.
