We are a fast-scaling short-term rental business, aggressively securing new rental properties through corporate leasing. We operate at a high level and are only looking for top-tier talent to join our team.

THE ROLE
As a Cold Caller for Real Estate Leasing, you will be responsible for reaching out to property owners, landlords, and property managers to negotiate corporate lease agreements for our short-term rental business. You will not just be reading off scripts—you will be expected to think on your feet, overcome objections, and lead conversations with confidence.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
? Cold Calling Mastery – You must have extensive experience in cold calling, ideally in real estate. Sales experience is a plus.
? Expert-Level English Communication – Clear, confident, and persuasive. No heavy accents, no hesitation, no robotic speech. You must be able to think, adapt, and respond in real-time.
? Negotiation & Objection Handling – You should be able to handle landlord objections, sell the benefits of corporate leasing, and close deals.
? Confidence & Initiative – We don’t want order-takers. You must be proactive, sharp, and able to navigate conversations independently.
? Strong Work Ethic – We are only looking for top performers who are hungry, disciplined, and results-driven.
? Tech-Savvy – You should be comfortable with CRM software, call logging, and tracking follow-ups efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
???? Making outbound calls to landlords & property managers to pitch corporate leasing.
???? Handling objections and negotiating lease agreements for short-term rentals.
???? Recording and tracking conversations in our CRM system.
???? Following up with leads to nurture and close deals.
