Description of Role: Marketing Expert
Ripe OS is looking for a passionate, results-driven and resourceful Marketing Expert to join our Internal Team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic marketing environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Expert with a strong focus on cold outreach and email marketing. The ideal candidate will excel at crafting compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing cold outreach initiatives, developing mass email campaigns and creating strategies to help maximize our online presence via social media as well as possibly launching paid Facebook and Instagram ads.

Key Responsibilities :
Cold Outreach: Design and implement effective cold outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients, ensuring consistent lead generation and pipeline growth.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, driving conversions and fostering customer loyalty.
List Building : collecting and organizing a targeted list of potential customers or leads and verifying their contact info.
Database Reactivation : re-engaging old, inactive, or unresponsive leads from your existing database through SMS and reviving interest from people who have already shown some level of interest in your business but never converted or dropped off. Must know how to create compelling mass texts with effective CTAs (Call-To-Action).
Managing Sales Funnel : Ripe OS utilizes GoHighlevel/Highlevel to house its Sales Funnel. You must have knowledge of handling a Sales Funnel inside of GHL
(secondary) Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, creating content that aligns with brand voice and objectives, and engaging with followers to build a strong online presence.
(secondary) Paid Ads: Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, optimizing for ROI and ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on cold outreach, email marketing, list building and database reactivation.
Strong understanding of CRM tools, email marketing platforms (e.g. Highlevel, Klaviyo) and paid ad platforms.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with social media management scheduling tools and the ability to create engaging content.


Standardized Requirements :
-A minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, specializing in cold outreach and mass email marketing.
-Can work remotely and available during regular U.S. business hours. This is not a job that can be partnered with your other full-time job
-EXCELLENT ENGLISH communication skills, both written and verbal is a MUST
-An obsession with your craft
-Skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
- some knowledge of GHL
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Technical Requirements:
-Laptop/Computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac)
-Must have a main device (laptop or desktop) and backup device (laptop) which are both in working order
-Fast and reliable private broadband internet connection with a minimum Download speed of 50 mbps and minimum Upload speed of 30 mbps (Will be tested during screening)
-Access to a headset or microphone


Salary:
$8 per hour
