We are a fast-growing online coaching brand dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Last year, we grew and hired another coach. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team and help us expand our client base.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our sales team has a steady stream of qualified leads. We’re currently working with a marketing company who will aide in sourcing leads for your role. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enjoy working in a performance-driven environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through calls,
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any inquiries.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing conversions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve scripts, strategies, and outreach methods.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, Admin or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and results.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
