Full-Time Ecommerce Growth Specialist (Right-Hand to Founder) – Long-Term Role

We are a 7-figure supplement brand, active in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Our goal is to scale to the next level and build rock-solid systems and operations that create consistent results.

We’re looking for a full-time right-hand to the founder – someone who is eager to learn, grow, and commit for the long term. This is not just an execution role.

You will learn the business from A to Z, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of operations, marketing, and growth. As we scale, you will take on more responsibilities, including onboarding, training, and managing new tea ---------- mbers (such as designers, editors, and customer support). We need someone who is always learning, thinking ahead, and finding ways to optimize and scale the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Create & edit image and video ads (CapCut, Canva)
- Optimize our website to increase conversion rates (Shopify)
- Research competitors & spot market trends
- Set up high-converting offers & landing pages
- Manage Facebook Ads & media buying
- Work with AI tools to improve efficiency
- Develop SOPs & systems to streamline operations
- Handle customer support in the beginning (to better understand our audience)
- Train & onboard future tea ---------- mbers (designers, editors, customer support, etc.)

- Experience with Facebook Ads & Shopify

- Bonus: Google Ads & email marketing experience
