- Fluent English (for communication & understanding scripts)
- should have skills to create STATIC ADS/image ads
- Must have experience with TikTok-style ads & VSL ads
- Should be familiar with what works in DTC eCommerce ads (pacing, captions, hooks, retention tricks, etc.)
- Should be able to follow brand guidelines & maintain consistency
- Must be able to take feedback & iterate fast
