Responsibilities:
Coordinate the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring
Conduct interviews with potential candidates
Create precise summaries and evaluations after each interview
Forward interview summaries to management for final decision-making
Screen resumes and application documents
Develop effective interview questions and evaluation criteria
Maintain contact with promising candidates throughout the process
Negotiate employment conditions
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting or HR
Excellent communication and interviewing skills
Talent for accurately summarizing candidate profiles and interview results
Good judgment when evaluating skills and cultural fit
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple application processes simultaneously
Discretion when handling confidential information
Negotiation skills
Nice to have:
Experience in the industry or with similar positions
Experience with recruiting software or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
