Daily Tasks:
Inbox Management – Manage Jennifer’s
Calendar & Scheduling – Schedule, confirm, and adjust coaching calls, meetings, and personal appointments via Google Calendar, TidyCal, and Zoom.
Client & Community Engagement – Review group joiner's request and admit. Respond to
Task & Project Management – Track outstanding VA tasks, update Jennifer on deadlines, and ensure task completion via Trello.
Content & Marketing Support – (when Social Media VAs are out you will fill in to ) Draft and schedule LinkedIn, Instagram, and
Client Onboarding and Admin Support – Send and track client contracts via Docubee, store in Google Drive, and manage onboarding
Business Support – Track payments (upon request-sometimes we need you to confirm a person made their payment).
Weekly Tasks:
Social Media & Marketing – Plan, draft, and tweak posts based on insights from the Social Media Metrics sheet (again this is a backstop job if Social Media VAs are unable to complete their tasks).
Client & Sales Support – Follow up with leads using the Booking Tracker and schedule varied engagement
Bar Exam & Licensing Program Support – Manage Bar Mentoring Circle by scheduling
Personal & Lifestyle (Personal Assistant support to CEO as needed)– Confirm appointments, coordinate meetings, and send confirmations for business and personal contacts.
There are a few more tasks that occur monthly and quarterly. You will be trained on those highly skilled tasks if you are a good fit and pass the probationary period. The Daily and Weekly tasks must already be high on your skill list. If you have those basic tasks skills and put them to good use in our company we will invest time to train you with higher level tasks that will increase your skillset, marketability, and earning power going forward.
