Remote Sales Associate

Our US based company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Remote Sales Associate** to join our team. We are one of the major silicon wafer suppliers providing our products all over the world. As a Remote Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations, creating quotes, and maintaining excellent communication with our customers. This is a full-time remote position, and candidates must be available to work during our office hours: **9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST) Monday to Friday**.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Use **QuickBooks Online** to create and manage quotes for customers.
- Communicate with customers via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, address customer inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist with other administrative and sales-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience with QuickBooks Online** is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet home office setup, and a willingness to work full-time during PST hours.
