About Us
We are a growing home service company specializing in pet waste removal in NY. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help manage lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer communications. If you have great phone sales skills, are tech-savvy, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with potential customers
Make outbound calls to affiliate partners and follow up with potential customers
Take inbound calls from leads, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
Make sales and handle objections
Manage leads and appointments using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Google Sheets
Assist with social media management and responding to inquiries from platforms like Facebook
(Optional) Help create video content or graphics for promotions and ads

Requirements:
Prior experience as a virtual assistant, customer service rep, or telemarketer is a plus
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and GoHighLevel is a plus (or willingness to learn)
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Available to work between 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Compensation:
Base Pay + Commission on Closed Sales
Flexible working hours within the 9 AM - 6 PM EST NY time zone window
