HTML Website Builder

I am looking for a full time employee to build simple 5-10 page static HTML websites for me. Websites will be on a variety of topics. The sites will be in HTML / CSS with some PHP only - no Javascript, etc. These will be simple sites.

Employee will be required to build a site in HTML. Then find content on the web that will work on the site - rewrite that content and put it on the site. I am not a an HTML expert, so the employee will need to know enough HTML to solve his or her own problems or use Google to find solutions. I am a good writer, so I will be able to train for the writing part of this job.

Once the site creation is going well, I will also ask the employee to install the website on my hosting account using FTP. I will train for this, but some prior knowledge of FTP would be good.

Once fully trained, I will expect 10 to 15 completed sites a month.

Full Time = 40+ hours per week.

I will give all normal holidays, but will ask the new employee to provide a list of the holidays they expect to have off.

I will pay 13th month but prorated for this year.

Pay will be weekly.

This is a work from home job - employee must provide his or her own computer and internet connection.

I will require examples of 2 sites that the employee has built or worked on and 1 example of some rewriting based on a simple article that I will provide.
