We are looking for a Social Media Content & Community Manager to schedule, post, and engage with our online community while helping manage Patreon and ---------- .

Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Scheduling
Use Hootsuite to schedule a 30-day content calendar with pre-approved posts.
Create graphics, photos, and videos using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Schedule and post across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms following our marketing matrix.
Engage with comments, respond to messages, and escalate grow-related inquiries to staff.
Track metrics and engagement and report weekly insights.
Community Management: Patreon & ----------
Manage Patreon community by organizing content, posts, and giveaways.
Help structure moderators for ---------- to create an engaged and self-sustaining community.
Monitor and foster meaningful conversations with members.
Help increase Patreon sign-ups and retention by offering valuable engagement.
Other Tasks
Assist with customer service by answering common questions and escalating complex issues.
Repurpose content into FAQs and resources to help improve automation and AI chat responses.
Help plan and execute contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Experience with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling tools
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience managing online communities ( ---------- , Patreon, Facebook Groups, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset—can work independently and provide solutions
Basic video editing skills are a plus but not required
Familiarity with gardening, organic growing, or cannabis industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits
Salary: PHP 40,000 - 80,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Flexible remote work schedule
