Job Description: EA/Client Success Manager

Who we are: Divine Reach is a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping insurance agents increase their recruiting numbers and business revenue with our advertising methods using TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Marketing.

Who We're Looking For:

This is a client facing role. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. This is a full-time remote position for someone who thrives in building relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving success. You must love working with people, have a high level of integrity, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This is a full time role and timezone must align with our US-based clients and requires a commitment of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Employment Type: Full Time, Remote Work Schedule: Client Engagement: Primarily in clients in U.S. and Canada (English language)

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
Proactively monitor client performance and goals, offering tailored strategies and solutions to maximize their success.
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic review meetings with clients to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Track and manage client data, updates, and performance metrics using our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and goals are met effectively.
Resolve client issues swiftly and efficiently, escalating complex challenges to leadership when necessary.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional value for both the client and the company.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all client interactions, feedback, and solutions.
Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and enhance overall satisfaction.
Manage our project management board and ensure projects get completed within deadlines
Handling client payment issues and updating the company payment tracker (Google Sheets)
Handle appointment setting in instagram direct messages from prospects
Experience:

At least 2+ years of experience in a client success, account management, or customer service role.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Go High Level) and basic data analysis.
Familiarity with softwares such as Notion, Slack, and Asana
Understanding of Facebook Business Suite and Facebook ads manager for client set-up
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working remotely and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is preferred.
A background in digital marketing, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
