Real Estate Cold Caller (WFH)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller with at least 1 year of real estate cold calling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential leads.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential sellers and property owners
Qualify leads and gather necessary information
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and SMS
Accurately record call notes and lead information in CRM
Set appointments for acquisition managers
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets

Requirements:
? Minimum 1 year of real estate cold calling experience (REQUIRED)
? Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
? Experience using CRM tools
? Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
? Self-motivated and results-oriented
? Work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection and a noise-canceling headset
