VA for Inbound Calls | Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage inbound calls and oversee our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and possess a keen eye for social media engagement strategies. We have a core team and we’re looking for someone stable and committed to being part of our long-term journey with the right skill set to help us scale fast.

This is a full-time job with at least 8 hours per day, 5 days a week guaranteed. PST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls Management:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about our services; schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and assist with basic customer service tasks.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and escalate issues to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers.
Social Media Management:
• Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) regularly
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and interactions.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and report key insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Inbound Caller, and Social Media Specialist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms (e.g., GHL).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer interactions.
• Availability to work during PST Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in content creation (graphics, video editing, or copywriting) is a plus.
• Background in sales or lead generation is highly advantageous.
