Animation of my Mascot - Create of Short Animated Video Training Clips

I have a cartoon monkey as my mascot. I would like to regularly create some very short 20-40 second animated video clips where my monkey defines a term, teaches a quick concept or demonstrates a concept for my market. Ideally, I would like to have 2-4 of these short educational clips created per month. This would be an ongoing long-term project.
Eventually, we would also want some more substantial clips 60-120 seconds.
