Hello, superstars of the Philippines! We’re on the hunt for a super-organized, tech-savvy, and all-around brilliant communicator Virtual Assistant with a background in recruitment.

If you’re ready to bring your A-game, we want to hear from you!
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 1 PM Chicago time (That’s 9 PM – 2 AM PHT – yes, a night owl’s dream shift!)

What’s the job?

• Inbox & Calendar Whisperer: Keep emails and appointments in check like a true pro.
• Recruitment Admin Support: Handle admin tasks with finesse (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
• Social Media Maestro: Create and schedule eye-catching content (Canva skills = instant brownie points).
• Database Dynamo: Keep our data fresh, clean, and up to date.
• Research & Reporting: Dig into data, prepare reports, and dazzle us with your insights.
• Random Acts of Genius: Jump into any other tasks we throw your way with a smile.
• Shoortlist – review resumes and highlight the keepers

What Are We Looking For?

• Flawless English Skills: Written and spoken – the Queen would approve.
• Impeccable Organization: Multitasking is your superpower.
• Canva Skills: If you can make social posts pop, we’re sold.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with online tools and platforms.
• Proactive & Independent: No micromanaging here – we want a self-starter.
• ChatGPT Skills? Even better!
• Personality Plus: We want someone who lights up virtual meetings with their charm.
