VA for property sourcing business

UK entrepreneur with 3 businesses is looking for dynamic VA to work in 3 businesses and help grow them. 2 business are in the UK property industry and one is in the probate field.
As I want to scale my businesses substantially this year, I am looking for a long term VA who is actively involved in my 3 businesses. This will start on a part time basis initially (3 months) but will transition to being full time as I scale the businesses.

My 3 businesses are:
1) a property sourcing business - I find properties for investors who don't have the time to do this. They can be UK based investors, or expat/foreign investors who want to invest in the areas I cover in the UK.

2) A property development business - I work with different (angel) investors to develop my own property projects and uplift the value of these properties. I find the properties and project manage the renovation/redevelopment and the angel investor provides the cash to do this.

3) Probate business - I run a small probate business where I help clients file their legal paperwork with the probate registry in the UK which enables them to then sell and liquidate assets that their deceased relatives have left to them. I do this more cost effectively than a solicitor which saves clients £1000s in legal bills.

My ideal candidate will be flexible, entrepreneurial and have plenty of ideas for improving systems in my business and helping with marketing.

So you will need to be a good mix of creative and practical with great admin, social media and phone skills with excellent English skills (verbal and written). Personality wise you will be easy to get on with, positive, solution focussed, able to take direction but also to work on your own judgement when required. You will need to be 100% trustworthy and work focussed.

Skills you will require are:

1.Basic admin skills:
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint, diary management, travel planning, expenses tracking for my accounts
- Managing email inboxes, customer communications, respond to enquiries and provide customers with relevant product and service information
- Manage my Calendly appointment booking system to ensure all links are working and my Linktree details are correct
- Occasional travel planning and hotel planning

2. Creative/Marketing Skills:
- an experienced Canva user who can do graphic design,
- be able to learn quickly and use new software packages which are specific to my property industry (Property Filter, Property Data)
- social media skills - Facebook, Insta, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Youtube - you will need to be able to put together a content calendar of long form and short form video and written posts without relying on ChatGPT. It's fine to be able to use ChatGPT to generate ideas but not to write copy. You should have experience of creating Youtube thumbnails, captions for videos, video editing in Capcut, familiarity with Tiktok as a business lead generation tool.
- Be familiar with organising service/product launches on social media including setting up webinars
- Be skilled at email marketing using Mailchimp (or better alternative) including setting up email automations, email campaigns and writing email copy (not using ChatGPT)

3. Website Creation & Maintenance
- be familiar with Wordpress CMS and able to make small updates and changes to text as required on my websites (all Wordpress)
- I use OptimizePress (OptimizeFunnels etc) to build my funnel websites and will need help developing both my Deal Sourcing course website and my property investor websites, so if you have experience of Wordpress (or a better alternative) that would be ideal. However, I can teach you these skills if required.
