Data Entry Specialist - Shopify COGs Data Entry Specialist (One-Time Project)

I run a dropshipping business and need help updating my Cost of Goods Sold (COG) data in Shopify. My Shopify backend currently lacks accurate COGs, which affects my profit calculations. I need a detail-oriented freelancer to gather and input missing COGs based on supplier-provided data.

Scope of Work:
Extract Order Data – Export past orders from Shopify to identify missing COGs.
Gather COGs from Supplier Invoices – Cross-check existing COGs and request missing ones from suppliers (I will provide supplier invoices).
Organize Data in Google Sheets – Maintain a structured sheet of products, sales, and corresponding COGs.
Bulk Upload to Shopify – Format the final COG data for bulk import and ensure accuracy in Shopify.
Quality Check – Verify that all updated COGs match supplier-provided data.

Requirements:
Experience with Shopify admin (specifically COG data entry and bulk updates).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data organization.
Attention to detail and ability to cross-check information.
Experience in dropshipping/e-commerce is a plus.
Ability to communicate with suppliers (if needed).

Deliverables:
Updated Shopify backend with accurate COGs for all past orders.
Google Sheet with a clean record of all products and their COGs.
Final report summarizing the updates made.
