IDX Implementation Expert
* Seamlessly integrate IDX solutions into WordPress sites to display real-time real estate listings and searches.
* Ensure IDX integrations are compliant with MLS guidelines and optimized for high performance.

Custom WordPress Development
* Design, build, and maintain responsive, conversion-optimized real estate websites tailored to client-specific goals.
* Develop custom themes and plugins, and manage updates and security.

SEO & CRO Specialist
* Optimize websites for search engine visibility, site speed, and usability.
* Implement A/B testing and analytics to maximize website conversions and performance.

Tech Troubleshooter
* Quickly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal website functionality and user experience.

CRM Integration Collaborator
* Integrate WordPress sites with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HighLevel, enhancing lead capture and nurturing.

AI & Automation Enthusiast
* Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, OpusClip) to streamline workflows, automate content creation, and elevate user interactions.

* Minimum 2 years' experience in WordPress development, specifically IDX integrations (IDX Broker, Showcase IDX, iHomefinder).
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive web design.
* Solid understanding of SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization, and analytics.
* Demonstrated ability to integrate CRM systems and other digital marketing tools.
* Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for incorporating AI-driven solutions into web projects.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving technical challenges efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical details and strategies internally and externally.
