We are now looking for a highly motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team and support our growing patient base.

Job Overview

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to schedule and confirm appointments.

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from patients regarding appointment inquiries.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date appointment calendar.

Provide information about clinic services and answer general questions.

Follow up with patients to confirm attendance and manage cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Ensure a smooth booking experience by understanding patient needs and matching them with the right practitioner.

Collaborate with the administrative team to optimize scheduling and improve patient flow.

Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies and GDPR regulations.


Qualifications and Skills

Extremely comfortable speaking in English over the phone

Previous experience in appointment-setting and customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanour.

Experience in a healthcare or wellness environment is a plus.
