Product Sourcer

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist with product sourcing for our business. This position will start with paid training and has the potential for long-term growth and earning opportunities. If you are a proactive individual with an eye for profitable products and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing products across various platforms and markets
Conduct research to identify profitable products to sell
Submit qualified leads for review
Maintain accurate records of sourced products and leads
Training Period:

The first 3 days will be dedicated to paid training at a rate of $5 per hour.
During training, you'll be learning how to identify high-potential product leads and gain insights into our sourcing process.
Incentive: By successfully completing the training and demonstrating your ability to learn quickly, you will have the opportunity to increase your earnings once I select you as my primary product sourcer.
Post-Training:

After training, you will transition into the role of a product sourcer. You will earn a daily bonus based on how many quality leads you submit.
Commission-based: For every profitable lead you find, you will receive a commission, incentivizing you to source high-quality products efficiently.
Lead Qualification: Only qualified leads (those that meet specific criteria) will count toward your bonuses and commissions.
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and research skills
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in product sourcing is a plus, but not required
Proficiency with common online tools and platforms (Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Ability to meet daily lead targets
