The Freedom Era, a leading training and education platform empowering entrepreneurs to build a successful brand, business, and legacy, is looking for a strategic and AI-savvy Marketing Coordinator to drive our marketing campaigns forward.

This is a dynamic, execution-focused role for a self-starter who can take a campaign from idea to implementation, handling everything from strategy and copywriting to design, social media, and email marketing. You'll have access to AI tools to enhance efficiency and can outsource specific tasks when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Campaign Development – Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that deliver our core messaging
2. Copywriting – Write compelling email sequences, social media posts and sales copy.
3. Canva Design – Create visually engaging assets for campaigns, including graphics for social media and emails.
4. Social Media Management – Schedule, post, and engage across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
5. Email Marketing – Build, optimise, and send email campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
6. AI-Enhanced Strategy – Leverage AI tools for copy refinement, trend analysis, and automation.
7. Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimise based on data insights.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and campaign execution.
2. Experience with AI and tools (Canva, ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance marketing efficiency.
3. Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
