JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead both internal agency marketing efforts and select client projects within the alcoholic beverage niche. You will craft compelling content across multiple social platforms, ensuring seamless integration with our overall digital marketing strategy and accurate attribution of social media efforts to measurable outcomes.

Platforms & Content Types:
-Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
-Static imagery, carousel posts, short-form and long-form video

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable conversions.
-Produce visually compelling static and carousel content, videos (short-form and long-form).
-Edit videos proficiently in CapCut, including creative use of transitions, audio syncing, and pacing for storytelling.
-Create advanced motion graphics using Canva; ability to quickly learn and master advanced Canva techniques within one week, if not already proficient.
-Coordinate closely with internal copywriters, graphic designers, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
-Set up, manage, and utilize comprehensive tracking through Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WordPress, and other relevant platforms for precise attribution.
-Regularly analyze, report, and clearly communicate campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Extensive experience managing and growing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
-Advanced skills in Canva, including motion graphics and transitions
-Proficiency in video editing with CapCut.
-Deep understanding of digital attribution, tracking, and analytics integration.
-Exceptional creativity combined with a strategic mindset.
