SNMC is seeking a skilled and proactive Graphic Designer to join our dynamic corporate marketing team as a contractor. This role will support daily design responsibilities, provide digital marketing expertise, and contribute to delivering quality visual solutions for our senior leadership and sales force. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, social media posts, and other digital content.

• Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure design and content meets corporate marketing standards when executing marketing tasks.

• Assist in managing design projects using ClickUp to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

• Attend virtual meetings and actively contribute to team discussions, providing creative insight and design solutions.

Requirements:
•Experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
•Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
•Strong proficiency in ClickUp or related project management platforms.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
-Good understanding of U.S. business practices and experience working with U.S.-based teams.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and backup resources for internet accessibility.

**MUST WORK U.S. Mountain Standard Time hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST) and be comfortable with English communication and on-camera virtual calls with our team.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, ClickUp, Teams, and Zoom
Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies
Experience with Canva or other design platforms
