Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and calendars for senior staff.
Answer and direct phone calls,
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and event planning.
Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors for office-related needs.
Recruitment Support:
Conduct initial interviews and screenings with applicants via our recruitment system.
Schedule follow-up interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure candidate information is up to date.
Coordinate communication between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports, tracking metrics, and providing feedback on the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Basic experience in recruitment, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
