Local SEO - Specialist

We are a growing local SEO agency that helps businesses improve their online visibility and generate more leads. As we scale, we are looking for a dedicated Local SEO Specialist to manage fulfillment and execution. This is a long-term, full-time role with opportunities for growth and increasing responsibility.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Compensation: $700 - $1,250+ per month (based on experience, with performance-based increases)
Growth Potential: Stability in a long-term role, with potential for increased pay and leadership opportunities

Responsibilities:
-Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization – Managing posts, Q&A, categories, and overall ranking improvements
-Local SEO Execution – Implementing citation building (thorugh vendors), backlink acquisition, and service area page optimizations
-Competitor Research & Monitoring – Analyzing competitors and identifying SEO opportunities
Technical SEO & Website Updates – Conducting audits, fixing errors, and making minor website edits (Webflow, WordPress, Duda)
-Link Building & Citation Management – Overseeing outreach and coordinating with vendors
-Content Optimization – Assisting with content strategy, internal linking, and basic on-page SEO
-Analytics & Reporting – Tracking performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Local Dominator, and CallRail

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of proven Local SEO experience, specifically with Google Business Profiles, citations, link-building, and ranking strategies
-Proficiency with SEO tools, including SEMrush, Local Dominator, GA4, GSC, and CallRail
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing ranking drops and implementing fixes
-Excellent written communication and attention to detail, with the ability to document processes and track progress
-Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple clients efficiently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
-Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or Duda
-Familiarity with copywriting and content optimization
-Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
