Are you a detail-oriented and creative professional with a customer service and executive assistance background? We’re looking for a skilled General Virtual Assistant to join our team!

Job Description:
- Develop and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Design eye-catching graphics that align with brand identity and color schemes.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining consistent branding strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service support when needed.
- (Optional) Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, if experienced.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and color theory.
- Background in customer service (CSR) and executive assistance (EA).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
