Sales VA for Balloon Decor Company

We are an Orlando-based balloon decor company seeking an EXPERIENCED Sales Virtual Assistant with proven skills in:
+ project proposal pitching via email, sms, and **phone calls**,
+ editing and updating Canva templates,
+ writing invoices for clients,
+ willingness to do receptionist tasks as well between tasks
+ creating decor project quotes that look good and are based on technical know-how of balloon jobs (we’ll teach you how) and
+ using 17hats or other similar lead management software.

We also require:
+ excellent English communication and writing skills, - THIS IS A MUST - need to be able to speak and hold a conversation without any help from AI of any sort.
+ experience in record keeping using Google spreadsheets,
+ stable internet connection (more than 30 Mbps) and at least an 8 GB RAM laptop,
+ willingness to learn new tools and sales techniques, and
+ ability to work on Eastern Standard Time (**Graveyard Shift**).

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, with the possibility of sales incentives and benefits after working 6-12 months with us.
