09. Virtual Executive Assistant

Creator.co is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CSO. This is a full-time remote position with a mix of core working hours (4 hours overlapping 9 AM – 5 PM PST) and flexible hours that fit your schedule.

What You’ll Do:

Email & Calendar Management – Handle scheduling, inbox organization, and meeting coordination via G-Suite (Google Calendar & Gmail).
Linkedin Engagement and Lead Generation using Sales Navigator -- comment on relevant posts and create industry posts for both CEO and CSO to position us as thought leaders
Lead Generation Support – Assist with prospecting and research (Linkedin, Apollo)
Salesforce Management (Bonus Skill) – Some familiarity with Salesforce is helpful but not required.
SOP & Workflow Documentation – Use Notion to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Presentation & Design Assistance – Use Canva to help create visually compelling decks and reports.
General Administrative Support – Organize documents, track tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:
--> Experience in executive support, virtual assistance, or a similar role.
--> Strong email & calendar management skills with high proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail & Google Calendar).
--> Excellent written and verbal English—clear communication is a must.
--> Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
--> Ability to create and follow SOPs using Notion.
--> Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
--> Bonus: Experience with Linkedin, Salesforce, Apollo, or an interest in the influencer/creator space.
