Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support lead generation efforts for our Leadership and Management Curriculum. This role is responsible for executing outbound marketing campaigns, developing compelling marketing collateral, and managing customer relationships through our CRM system. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outbound Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential clients for the Leadership and Management Curriculum.
Coordinate and implement
Identify and engage potential prospects through various marketing channels.
Marketing Collateral Development
Create and refine marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, landing pages, and sales assets.
Work with designers (if needed) to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
CRM Management & Campaign Tracking
Manage customer and prospect data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain engagement with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience in lead generation and outbound marketing strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and
Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content creation.
Familiarity with social media marketing, digital advertising, and analytics.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
